Estreamz Media Inc. (“Estreamz”, “we”, “our”) operates a creator-focused media platform offering video streaming, music, podcasts, advertising placements, and a digital product store (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Governing Law & Venue: Texas law governs. Venue in Tarrant County, Texas courts, except small-claims or agreed arbitration (§17).

1. Eligibility & Accounts

Viewers: 13+; Uploaders/Sellers: 18+ or age of majority (or verifiable guardian consent).
Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate for violations, fraud, or risk to users/rights holders.

2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals (ROSCA)

Free, Pro, and Ultra plans renew automatically until cancelled. We present clear renewal terms, billing frequency, and how to cancel before you are charged; you provide express informed consent at checkout. You can cancel any time under Account → Subscriptions → Cancel. Charges already processed are non-refundable for the current cycle unless required by law or per §4.

3. Trials & Price Changes

Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. We provide notice of price changes; they take effect the next billing cycle after notice.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions: Non-refundable once a cycle starts. Goodwill exceptions: duplicate billing, confirmed fraud, or verified service-wide outage.
Digital products: All sales final once accessed or downloaded. If a file is corrupted/defective and we cannot replace it, we will refund.
Live/PPV: If canceled or not delivered, you receive a credit or refund.
Request refunds at /billing/support within 7 days of charge.

5. Creator Uploads & License

You retain ownership of your uploads. You grant Estreamz a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to host, encode/transcode, cache, transmit, display/perform, and promote your content in connection with the Services.

6. Ad Load by Tier

Free: full pre/mid/post-roll. Pro: limited/mostly mid-roll. Ultra: ad-free on-platform. This logic matches what you see in MediaHub, watch pages, podcasts, and music.

7. Digital Store

Items are typically licensed, not sold. Taxes/fees may apply. Store fees may be 8.5% or 13.5% depending on product type and your plan.
